Sovereign Care Collective (SCC)
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Sovereign Care Collective website or Services.
These Terms form a private contractual agreement between you (“Member”) and Sovereign Care Collective (“SCC”), a Private Membership Association.
By joining SCC, accessing the Site, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
SCC is a private membership-based wellness community that provides:

Administrative support for reimbursement requests
SCC does not provide medical care, insurance, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
All decisions and services are chosen independently by the Member.
2. No Insurance or Guarantee
SCC is not insurance.
Payments are not insurance premiums.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on guidelines and available funds.
Additional reimbursement opportunities, when offered, are not guaranteed.
3. Membership Contributions
Membership contributions and onboarding fees support SCC operations and reimbursement
support.
All payments are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4.Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:

Not copy, distribute, or resell SCC materials
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials belong to SCC.
Members receive limited access for personal use only.
6. Privacy
Use of SCC is governed by the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
SCC provides educational and administrative support only.
We do not create a doctor-patient relationship.
All services are provided “as is.”
8. Limitation of Liability
SCC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Member in the previous three months.
9. Termination
SCC may suspend or terminate membership if necessary to protect the community.
Members may cancel at any time.
10. Third-Party Services
SCC is not responsible for third-party services or providers.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms.
Continued use of SCC means you accept any updates.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through private mediation or arbitration.
Jurisdiction is Wyoming.
13. Indemnification
Members agree to hold SCC harmless from misuse or violations of these Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, Privacy Policy, and Membership Agreement form the full agreement.
